Welcome your guests with warm, simple pages they’ll actually read — and answer fewer “how do I…?” messages. This 10-page Airbnb welcome book covers everything guests need from arrival to goodbye: house rules, check-in and check-out steps, wifi cards, appliance guides, local tips and a sweet thank-you page with space for a guest note.

Every line has one icon and a few words, so guests get it at a glance. Print as-is, or open the Canva template to add your photo, name, logo and details.
